EPS PROCESS: Frequently Asked Questions

1. Log-in to your EPS Account. 

2. On the left side, sa baba ng pangalan nyo, hanapin yung “Standard Labor Contract | Print” the click yung “Print” 

3. Print your contract. Pwedeng ng pirmahan, pwedeng hindi pa 

4. Make it a habit to check your EPS Account (Immigration Process. Once na meron ng CF (Contract Forwarded), you can now sign your contract and ilagay yung date (yyyy-mm-dd) kung kelan nyo isesend sa e-mail yung contract. It is best to use your personal e-mail na nilagay nyo sa info sheet nyo. 

5. Scan your contract then gawing PDF format (not sure kung pwede ibang format pero PDF na lang gawin message nyo ko if hindi marunong) 

6. Send your contract to epskoreacontract@dmw.gov.ph with subject KLT_LastName_Firstname 

**ADDITIONAL FAQ 

1. Wala na po bang ilalagay na message sa e-mail? 

***Pwedeng meron, pwedeng wala. 

2. Kelangan pa po bang hintayin ang post ng GPB bago mag-email ng contract? 

***Kahit hindi na. As long as may CF (Contract Forwarded), pwede na magsend 

3. Paano po malalaman kung SelfReturn or KLT ang ilalagay na subject? 

***Alam mo yan sa sarili mo. Kung di mo alam Self Return, mag KLT ka. HAHAHAHA. 

4. Ano na po gagawin pag nasend na? 

***Wait na lang na magkasigned yung account and CCVI then wait for the training schedule na lang to be posted sa page ng GPB.

 1.Saan po kukuha ng PEOS?  

 ***Online po 

2.Ano po steps sa pagkuha ng PEOS? 

***Open   https://peos.dmw.gov.ph/ 

***Input the required details i.e E-Registration   number, last name and first name (Sa mga may suffix name like Jr, Sr, II,   III, etc, please disregard. Wag nyong isasama sa name nyo) 

***Select yung  Professional/Skilled 

***Watch each module presentation po. Take note kung   maaari dahil may mga questions po at the end of each module. Dapat maka 3 or   more correct answers para makapaproceed sa next module. Pag less than 3 ang   correct answers, umulit lang po ng umulit 

3.Ano na po gagawin pagkatapos?   

***There will be a generated certificate po. You can save it po for future   use or pwede na din iprint agad. 

4.Kelan po pwedeng kumuha ng PEOS?

 1.Kelangan po ba talaga ng booster shot? 

***May nakarating na ng   SoKor ng walang booster shot but accordingly booster shot is mandatory sa   SoKor kaya pagdating ng SoKor, irerequire din kayo magbooster kaya ngayon pa   lang better kung magpabooster na kayo para di na gumastos sa SoKor 

2.May mga certain brand po ba ng vaccine or booster ang tinatanggap lang? 

***As far as   I know po as of this moment, wala po. Basta vaccinated, goods 

3.Pano po yung iisa lang ang vaccine? 

***Hindi po pwede. Dapat complete except J&J since   isang dose lang talaga po sya. 

4.Kelangan po ba ng Yellow Card? 

***Kung ang   vaccine details po ninyo sa inyong vaxcert ay kumpleto, hindi na po kelangan.   Pag kulang po, kumuha ng yellow card. 

5.San po kumukuha ng Vaxcert? 

***Online   po (https://vaxcert.doh.gov.ph/#/ )Pwedeng iprint na lang yan. Walang bayad. 

6.Pano po kumuha ng   Yellow Card? 

***Paappointment po kayo sa https://icv.boq.ph/. Makikita nyo dyan kung san pinakamalapit na BOQ site. 370 po   bayad.

1.Ano mga requirements for training? 

***Passport size picture, 

***Personal Bank Account (OFW Savings Account), 

***500pesos for training fee, 

***3 sets of contract (Pwede yung isa lang ang red stamp, pwede din dalawa),   ***passport (original and photocopy), 

***passport size picture (pwedeng nakaformal,   pwedeng polo shirt basta decent) 

2.Okay lang po ba na nasa list na ng   training kahit wala pang CCVI? 

***Pwede po. 

3.Pwede na po ba magparemedical   before training? 

***Pwede basta may CCVI na para safe

1.Kelan po pwede magpamedical? 

***Anytime din po basta valid pa unti processing of visa kaya we recommend po ba magparemedical na lang pag may CCVI na para safe 

2.Saan po magpaparemedical? 

***Accredited   clinics of DMW like 4L, MMC, Nissi, Sealanders etc. 

3.Saan po pwede yung   X-ray and COTB? 

***Hospitals po accredited by Korean Embassy. Please check yung list sa Download section <link>. 

4.Hindi po ba pwedeng gamitin yung X-Ray from clinics accredited by DMW? 

***Hindi po. As stated above, sa accredited na hospitalS lamang ng Korean Embassy pwedeng magpa X-Ray para sa COTB. Bale   dalawang X-ray po ang gagawin. One from Remedical and one from accredited   hospital 

5.Pwede pa po ba gamitin yung naunang medical na pinasa nun sa DMW   since valid pa naman sya? 

***Hindi po pwede. Kaya po sinabing RE-medical kase   need mo magpamedical ulit. 

6.Ano po magandang diskarte para mamanage po na   mapabilis yung sa remedical?

***Pumunta sa hospitals accredited by Korean   Embassy para magpa X-ray then habang naghihintay ng result, punta na sa   clinics accredited by DMW for remedical. After that, balik sa hospital, kunin ang result ng X-Ray then proceed sa COTB. 

7.Saan po makakakuha ng COTB Form?

1.Pwede na po bang manguha ng account kahit wala pang schedule for training? 

***Pwede na po 

2.Saang bangko po pwedeng kumuha at ano po mga requirements? 

***BPI (Pamana Savings Account)- Php500.00, BDO (Kabayan Savings Account)- Php100.00, Metrobank (OFW Savings Account)- Php100.00     

3.Pwede po bang kumuha sa DMW ng bank account? 

***Pwede po. Sa first day po ng training, may pupunta po sainyo para sa opening of bang accounts Requirements (Hindi pare parehas so better prepare everything na lang) -Set of contracts -ID picture -Valid IDs Note: Magprint na lang po ng maraming     sets of contract for future use.

1.Kelan po pwedeng kumuha ng NBI? 

***Anytime pwede as long as pasok sya sa three months upon issuance sa araw ng visa processing pero we recommend na kumuha pag meron ng CCVI para safe because CCVI is valid din     for three months. 

2.Ano po ibig sabihin ng three months valid upon issuance? 

***Halimbawa, ang NBI mo ay issued sa araw ng February 14, 2023, valid lamang po ito until May 14, 2023.

3.Di ba po one year ang validity ng NBI? 

***Regardless po. Dapat pasok sya sa three months upon issuance para maging valid for visa processing.
